
So I was craving bagel bites today, but was not about to cheat. I already had some hard boiled eggs, peeled in the fridge. The only thing that would have topped it off even further, would have been some tomato sauce under the cheese. Without further ado, here’s the quick recipe:

Keto Pizza Egg Bites:
6 servings
Cals 137.6| Fat 10.5g| Net Carbs 0.7g| Protein 9.5g|
INGREDIENTS:
~* 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
~* 2 tablespoons of salted butter
~* 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
~* 6 pepperonis
DIRECTIONS:
Take a frying pan and on medium heat, melt the butter. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and put them yolk side down to fry on the melted butter. Meanwhile, broil the shredded mozzarella and pepperonis until the cheese and meat reach the consistency desired. For me, I was hungry, so melty and goeey was just what I needed.
Assemble your mini egg bite pizzas and enjoy. Some tomato sauce for dipping would throw this over the top. Come to think of it, maybe ranch would too!
