
Milk and Oreos was just one of my food addiction top ten foods. Carbs and sugars, galore. What I love about Keto is that if you crave something, there’s a way to ketofy the foods!! No, it won’t be exactly the same. Magic happens, though. If your body and taste buds have evolved like mine, this is your oreo now π

KETOreos Recipe:
Servings: 24
cals 166.4g| net carbs 1.3g| protein 2.9g| fat 16.9g
(MACROS ARE CALCULATED WITH 2 TSP OF FILLING PER SANDWICH)
INGREDIENTS: (for the cookies)
~* 2 cups of almond flour
~* 2 eggs
~* 1 stick of butter, melted
~* 1 tablespoon of baking powder
~* 1 cup of Stevia sweetener
~* 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s)
~* 1/3 cup of black cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS: (for cookies)
Get out a mixing bowl and add all the dry ingredients plus the eggs. Melt the stick of butter in the microwave and pour on top. I hand mixed mine with a fork because you gotta smash the dough to make sure all the black cocoa gets absorbed into the dough.

Set it aside in the fridge for 30 min.


Once dough has chilled, get a cookie sheet. I like to use parchment paper because it will help with the sticking. Smash the dough down on the cookie sheet as thin as you can. I used my hands because I could not find my roller. Score the cookies into squares before baking.



Bake at 350 for 12 minutes and shut off oven, leave cookies in hot oven with the door open a bit for it to dry out as much as possible. Oreos are crunchy and this will help with that.

~* 1 cup of butter, softened
~* 1 cup of Swerve, confecioners
~* 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
~* 2 teaspoons of heavy whipping cream
~* 1 teaspoon of xantham gum
DIRECTIONS: (for the filling)
Use a different mixing bowl because classic oreo filling is white lol. Get a handmixer, too. Add all ingredients and mix at low speed at first, and gradually build up speed. This comes out super silky, but the xantham gum helps with firmness for it to be the filling instead of it being regular frosting.
Chill filling while cookies cool. Assemble them according to the macros calculated by measuring everything out. You will have leftover filling. ENJOY!
