Keto “Apple” Crisp

Y’all, whoever has been missing apple pie, this will hit the spot and make you do a happy dance!

Yeah, apples are not keto so I’ll let you in on the secret: it’s zucchini!!

Foodies… This recipe is easy and quick!

Filling Ingredients:
2 large zucchini chopped in to squares
1/8 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of brown swerve
1 heaping tablespoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of keto apple extract
Directions-In a sauce pan, sauteed it all together and set aside

Topping Ingredients:

1 stick of butter
1 cup of almond flour
1/8 cup of brown swerve
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
Directions- Melt butter and add almond flour with the swerve until it becomes a crumble. Add on top of zucchini mixture. Bake at 375 for 15 min and sprinkle grated parmesan on top. Serve warm with keto ice cream or whipped cream πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
