From the first day of culinary arts school, my drive to bring fabulous food to the people of Central and North Florida has been my number one goal. My partner in life and this business is the backbone of this foodie road show, allowing me to concentrate on creative cooking and baking. Together we are bringing all the unique tastes you didn’t know you craved! We’ve gone to great effort to ensure that every meal we plate is composed from the depths of our hearts with love being the key ingredient.

We started That One Place as a way to honor our Brazilian family recipes and also fusing them together with American culture.
We have spent countless hours in this kitchen developing and perfecting the recipes you see on the menu today. We’ve also dedicated our time and energy into providing the freshest ingredients.
And we are taking this show on the road with our Food Truck Trailer!
