Since every event is unique, custom quotes are necessary. We will try hard to accommodate your requests! Prices are subject to change due to the fluctuating economy. We always search for the best quality products at the best prices within our shopping radius.

Here is a sample quote for a wedding. The drinks must be purchased at the venue chosen by the client in this sample, but we offer a wide range of services.

Service from the truck:

Mains, sides, desserts, cooler drinks. Paper products, disposable utensils, single serve condiments.

Full service traditional buffet includes:

Traditional buffet setup with food, non-alcoholic drinks, hot pans, cold trays, beverage urns, non-disposable plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, tables, chairs, table cleanup, trash disposal. Customer provides tablecloths for guest tables or table decor and anything else not specified.

Partial service includes:

Food in disposable pans with stands and Sterno, beverages in gallon jugs; single serve condiments; disposable dinnerware. Customer provides tables, chairs, ice, and trash services.

Bare bones includes:

Food in disposable pans; beverages in gallon jugs; single serve condiments.

That One Chicken and Dumplings: Chef Ro’s interpretation of chicken and dumplings has placed in competitions. It’s a beautiful broth with mirepoix (celery, onion, carrots) where the scones or cornbread bake to sop up all the flavor. On the side, will be an herby chicken leg quarter per person.

Pakes– pies that are baked inside of a cake topped with frosting/glazes/whipped cream. Examples of our best sellers: blueberry pie inside lemon cake, peach pie inside butter cake, pecan pie inside chocolate cake ($55.00 per pake)

Chakes– cakes with cheesecakes in the middle topped with frosting/glazes/whipped cream. Examples: carrot cake with cheesecake in the middle, red velvet cake with cheesecake in the middle, strawberry short cake with cheesecake in the middle ($45.00 per chake)

Flakes– cakes with a flan on top. Examples: chocolate cake with flan on top, strawberry cake with flan on top, coconut cake with flan on top ($40.00 per flake)

Flan– our Brazilian flan is scrumptious, family recipe ($29.00 per flan)

Portuguese Cheesecake- this cheesecake is fluffy, not as dense or tall as the American version, but still packs a punch in flavor. ($24.00 per cheesecake) You can add toppings like chocolate shavings, fresh fruit, or salted caramel, extra charge.

We have a 20 person minimum order for catering. We typically provide the food in aluminum disposable casserole pans with covers and you will be responsible for serving. All leftovers belong to you as well. If you feel like you want to pay extra for having us serve and portion control your guests, chat with us for further pricing.
